As trans bodies become increasingly scrutinized and politicized, it is important to celebrate their power and resilience. Trans bodies are as natural and beautiful as the shimmering water at the river’s edge. Like nymphs, they are untamable and have the power of shapeshifting. My work explores how outside the confines of society, bodies are free. Free of binaries, free of gender, free to just be.
